I'm ... optimistic about the new Kuroshitsuji, and hope that they keep all the things that were good about the first one and discard all of the dross that ruined the atmosphere and tension.

Kure-nai OVA is also encouraging and I hope they do more with it in future. It was a good series and far too short.

On a more serious note, High School of the Dead, Seikimatsu Occult Gakuen and Shiki look rather interesting. And lets not forget that Black Rock Shooter is due out July 24th, which automatically redeems any lack of awesome shows for this upcoming season.

ive read the manga for that section and for most of black lagoon and ive got to say ive really come around from when i first watched it. that is to say i used to think it was kind of cool and now i hate it to death. its just trying way too hard to be hardcore and most every character is tooth-grindingly annoying and whiny yet is presented as some kind of bad ass. and dont even get me started on rock. i mean what the fuck is he even doing in this series? im trying to remember the last time he did something useful and ive got to say its been a while.

D'awww the Kure-nai OVA was adorable.

all right all right all right im a big enuogh man to admit it black rock shooter was glorious. the animation was amazing and the soundtrack was fantastic and the story was a cut about the ussual crap we get.  still dont get what it has to do with shooting black rocks but i suspect thats more a problem with egrish then anything else. in case you havent heard were having an issue with the order so if i dont have lupin by tomorrow i figure we can watch this instead.
